Joker's Wild Set
Set design and prop building for a college play.
In Spring of 2019, I joined the NU Renaissance Theater Company as Technical Director, where I was responsible for scenic design and prop fabrication for "Joker's Wild", the club's premier performance. "Joker's Wild" is a one-act play written by a Northeastern student, and presents a 1940's noir mystery taking place entirely in a fictional casino called the "Red Joker". To help bring the play to life, I worked with a small team to distribute scene locations around our venue, created a visual graphic to communicate these scene locations to actors, and designed + built props including a working neon sign, wine glass lamps, and a prop wooden knife.
